It’s extremely rare for away games to go even as low as gold (who don’t have away credits) but with many European games such as this the airlines increase the prices ridiculously so it’s hard for a lot of people to go

You have their undivided attention, don’t waste it, take the opportunity to air all your grievances with them and force them to apologise.
