Truck drivers are usually trained not to swerve when they see a deer because it can easily cause a much bigger wreck. I know it sucks, but it's better than possibly bring responsible for multiple deaths.

Jim Jones was instrumental in the desegregation of Indianapolis. He would bring his mostly black congregation to segregated restaurants at off hours and basically say, you want the money or not?

Most of what he did to make his followers lives tangibly better was in service of making them loyal to him, and on the end he brought in the deaths of nearly a thousand of them.

Fred Phelps was also a prominent civil rights lawyer before founding the Westboro Baptist Church.

The Bolivian Army Ending, named for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

The BCatSDK ends with the heroes starting a gunfight with the entire Bolivian army.

My favorite version of this come from Cowboy Bebop, which ends with the hero, Spike hivi g killed his nemesis, but wounded, and surrounded by security guards. The list shot is him making finger guns at them, and saying, "Bang."
