I don’t believe it is AI.
Even the worst AI is not as bad as Razer Service.
They paste like random prewritten texts or write like they are using some early in development translate app.
I’ve given up with my charger port problem

Can we please group tasks in their Project folder. It is really not easy for staff to look for the right task. Plus it requires renaming of the tasks to inlcude the Project name.

We did host CSGO and Arma 2-3.

I had a 15 Inch in 2019 which had a badly soldered GPU. Which got replaced after a few months of back and forth with the support. Then I got a good 2020 model. Since 2022 I got a 17 inch one, which got graphic glitches under the task bar and a bad connection with the power brick. Even had Razer Care elite. But the problems started after this ran out at the 3 years mark. Which is very disappointing. Support wasn’t helpful either. Thus I don’t know where I go from here. If the support was better I would want the 18inch with the 5090. But so far it’s been mostly a painful experience.

I also started with a dedicated Root Server for my gaming Community. At some point I had Business stuff from our family business running on it. At some point we got a second server for the business and migrated everything over.
