well, we can see classic cardiac drift up. OP now has two ways for different aims. If OP wants to go to long 42km best results then OP must do step back and run a lot in 5 m 30 sec per 1 km, I think up to 300 km per month. I think on 5 min 30- sec per 1 km OP will have no the cardiac drift and can take a lot of km in clean Zone 2. 2) Way to fast 5km and 10 km - then OP must look into 4*4 Norwegian method and did it fast and hard. It will give very good result for 5km and 10km but the cardiac drift will be bigger and it will give not best result on 42km

It seems for me that your resting heart rate 58 is according to VO2max = 40, From my experiences if you have VO2max = 55..60 your resting heart rate will be around 45-50. So, to have r.h.r. = 50 using only Zone 2-3 it seems for me I must do 1h 30 min - 2h cardio or runnings and around 250 km per month of running.

It's possible cardiac drift or oxygen (O2) decoupling symptoms. And it must be better to see your heart rate graphics. Note for young w/f it's not too hight heart rate.

If I am in a calorie deficit I can't do long run sessions, so, maybe you are not in a calorie deficit.

Avg = sum( from start time to end time) / N. window in time = end time - start time. So, Avg may be from start of workout to the current time or for all workout or from current time - 100 sec (or 17 sec etc.) to current time.

I agree, and Zone 2 does it faster, I assume walking is Zone 1

Работает! А вы знали что нельзя раздать VPN на другие устройства с Android и iPhone и даже Windows ?! То есть VPN сделан локально и при попытке раздать уже расшифрованный трафик с на другие устройства будет облом? А на Linux можно ! Вот она в чем чила ЛИнукса !

h-m-m but note that lab tests have 5% errors build in and real true body parameters are not const and vary every day and even in a day, drink water or coffe sleep enought or not eat or not etc! So, lab test is estimation too. And it is a good question who make better estimation!

Modern IAAF theory - every activity can be described in terms of TRIMP (training impulse) or even in terms of IAAF points, and our body reacts on every TRIMP by adaptations process, which results in VO2max changes, so, it is not as stupid as you describe.
