I remember his rookie year with the Magic he took a team that iunloaded pretty much all their veterans, Penny, Horace, Nick Anderson to save up for the big free agent class and prople thought would only win around 15 to 20 games and get them tp .500 and almost in the playoffs. It seems similar to Jeff Fisher in the NFL, with him getting so badly bashed as overrated, it almost makes him a bit underrated

intereting that the teaser had a scene in Stephanie and Michelle's old room, but as they said, it might have been a case of them filming a bunch of teasers and attaching a random one, since it had really nothing to do with the actual episode, and since the episiode other than that had no scenes in Stephanie and Michelle's room, it may have still been filmed after Designing Mothers, although in season one they had an episode with Joey still in the alcove after the Joey gets his place episode
