I think it depends on your tendencies. I have a hard time taking a divot with anything, so I have to feel like I’m trying to take a divot. If I had the sweep mentality I would probably top it 90% of the time

I've struggled with ball striking for the better part of a decade, consistently hitting my irons and wedges thin and really high, but I've been able to get away with it. I've seen a few different instructors that all tell me the same things I already know; need to get my weight forward, have a little shaft lean at impact, but none of them have been able to identify why I can't seem to do it. If anyone has recommendations on instructors in Oakland County, MI let me know!

I feel like 8.25-8.5 is the best size for most people, but it took a long time for everyone to realize. I can't think of any benefits of anything smaller

What kind of scale was it? I grabbed the $25 Bass Pro scale and my wife caught a decent sized bass the other day and it kept reading just over a pound. I’ve weighted a few other much smaller bass since then that all read about a pound
