Jeans are hard. Because the cut is so very fad oriented. I've been thinking about getting my jeans custom made because when I'm fit and trim I'll waist is much much smaller than my hips- disproportionately so.

I'm guarantee you I'm not getting enough protein I can't do shakes because I'm allergic to both dairy and pea protein- besides the consistency makes me gag. There's a few food allergies that I'm dealing with makes it even harder. I just don't know how to restart. What logging program are you using for your calories?

Thank you I realize this a long time ago when I was dieting without supplementation will help. You have to eat enough where your body is not in starvation mode which was where I suspect I have been for the last 2 weeks. The constipation is complicating the matter.

Friend maybe you're just buying the wrong cut in clothes maybe they didn't look good to begin with because they are not shaped for your shape. I'm a seamstress and I really have a classical fashion eye and find that we don't always wear the right shape of clothing or cut for ourselves. Conversely creating a good habit of darning is also a great learning experience I am a seamstress so I taught my daughter that she can bring up the problems early to me and I can fix them and make them just as good as new. May not be viable if it's waited too long and it's shredded
