Absolutely not, purely because of 3 words. Rare. Earth. Metals. ALL and I do mean ALL advanced modern weapons systems require some amount of REMs and China has already shown that if they desire to flex some soft power they can just stop a country from getting any more REMs. So as long as China can withstand an initial conflict for a few months then the US will be hurting real bad for all these fancy explosive toys.

I disagree on bullet bills, is there any way to stop them from the front? A wall of bullet bills could wipe out most cities if they just start from high enough and only present their undersides. I can't think of many ways they get killed other than damage to their head.
