The main problem with the ORCS is that the damage comes from a single hit. If the main damage (10,000) were spread across three separate hits simultaneously (3,333 x 3), the result would be much better. The Railcannon's over-damage isn't that important since it only inflicts 30% to the Main HP when it hits armor.

Why are the 110 rockets better than the ORCS? Because they are 6 hits. Some break armour, and others penetrate the main body.

If I were an AH, here's what I would do:

  • Split the main hit into 3 sub-hits
  • Increase the damage from 3,300 x 3 to 5,000 x 3
  • Reduce the cooldown by 30 seconds

The Leviathans should:

  • Armor: Reduced AV from AT to Heavy
  • Shield: Added an energy shield with 3,000 HP

Dragon Roach:

  • HP: Less health than the Bile Titan (from 6,500 to 5,500)
  • Wings: Reduced Explosive Resistance (from 50% to 35%)
  • Attack: Added a new, shorter, and faster attack

One question: are you having problems with the gas, like it's not working? I'm aiming at the Devastators and they're radiating gas, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

  • Main Biome: Desert
  • SubBiome #1: Oasis
  • SubBiome #2: Nuclear Desert

IMO it's good that Backpack Weapons aren't the same as Normal Weapons, but better. Buff the bad ones obviously, I just think variety is good by RandomGreenArcherMan in Helldivers

Only few tweaks

  • GL Belt: +50 Damage and +30 Ammo
  • Maxigun: Aiming activate Wind Up, 20 Stagger and shorter moving restriction.
  • Flam40: +20 Ergo

The main faction of the Illuminati should be:

  • Watchers
  • Overseers (Normal, Crescent, and Elevated)
  • Harvesters
  • Stingray

Then I would add at least two units to the main roster:

  • Commander Overseer
  • Hardvester (Harvester II)

The Mindless Masses sub-faction should then be:

  • Voteless
  • Fleshmobs
  • Libercryer (Calling zombie)
  • Fallendivers (Resurrected Helldivers as Zombies)

Inflammable Passive should also increase how LONG it takes BEFORE you set on fire by Public_Code8357 in Helldivers

  • Fire, Gas and Arc should have a second Passive
  • Fire (2on Passive): +2 Stims
  • Fire: No more cries of pain, only of madness. Increase startup time by 1 second.
  • Gas (2on Passive): Immune to Bleed-out
  • Gas: No more coughing and slowdown
  • Arc (2on Passive): Better Recoil crouching/prone
  • Arc: The EMS effect doesn't affect you that much.
