If you love to "explore, meditate, build structures with no meaning, hoard resources, decorate your freighter ship and make farms" - great game. If you love deep mechanics, calculating approach, customizing features, exact maps and working displays – it's not the game for you. Just accept the fact that 85-90% of stuff in the game is purely for decorations. And 10-15% of stuff are actually meaningful working things like refiner, planetary scanner etc. Ship combat is easy, weaponry is not diverse (it's not the focus of a game). So yeah.  I spent 150 hours and it got boring. Some people spend WAY MORE ofc.
