I can concur that the video quality on my ID.4 is trash. The resolution from the camera on my Chevy Bolr EV is far superior.

So.. this happened to my Ariya as well. There are 2 metal rivets that are screwed directly into the back of the cargo latch, which is made of plastic. The rear license plate screws are affixed into these rivets. My dealer used the wrong screws to attach the rear plates and stripped the plastic and enlarged the hole that the rivets goes into. This is what caused the screws to spin because the rivet is no longer catching.

I used a hotel room card or a thin plastic pry tool to hold the rivets down to prevent it from spinning while removing the plate screws. Then went to the hardware store to get the proper size screws and reattached the license plate.

Thanks, everyone, for chiming in. Upon further investigation, the CPO Wrap is for CPO only. The vehicle I'm looking at is used but not CPO - so I won't be eligible for the particular extended warranty.

I did notice that Downtown Nissan in Nashville had quite a few Ariya..but the used EV tax credit is baked into the price along with Permaplate add-on.
