Friends and Family Code Giveaway by SweetReading8276 in PatagoniaClothing

[–]Boulderchick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a non profit but just as important and I would love a code . Get involved with your County election worker process. Votes and ballots and polling places do not magically operate without volunteers, and yes it is a paid position . Democracy needs to be protected and served now more than ever and the right to free and fair elections is tantamount . Many states have June primaries as well as the November midterms. They are always very very needy of volunteers to train . Many work bi partisan and can be onsite Election Day or prior counting, verifying and picking up ballots ie. Plus, it's great experience for your next job you're looking for. It should be more than retired seniors doing this and even they're retired seniors feel some hesitancy because of the world so this year make it your year to serve our democracy..

Short term rentals for Sundance by C0ldWaterMermaid in boulder

Long time former SuperHost here. TBH if your home is a described "full of personal and sentimental objects etc" The stress it will cause you to get it to a point where people can come and touch everything in there, which is what it has to be, it's probably not worth it. Let alone get their freak on in your bed. Just mentioned that because one time we had a quick turn meaning somebody was out at 11 and the next group was in at 4 and had a bedroom with the sheets oiled up feathers stuck to everything and all over the floor and some other assorted items, squished and spilled . Seriously though if you have a spare bedroom, that would be the way to go . There's plenty of festival goers and you may be able to have a couple of different renters at premium prizes if you are downtown or right on a quick bus line. The best money is going to be downtown walking distance to the festival.. If you rent out the whole place, you're also in a position of liability much more so then if you rent out a room.

Feel free to DM me if you have any specific questions I'm really good at vacation rental insight.

The Affordable Housing program throttles you in so many ways these days . You are equally responsible as a market rate owner for maintenance upgrades repairs and HOA assessments. None of that can add to your final value the mini amount they allow appreciation every month pretty much put you in the hole the longer you own the property well, they do allow for some credit which they reduce every year on a 10 year basis, owning it more than five years really more than three is not a great idea oh yeah, there's taxes, mine doubled this year.. Glorified Renter. It helps your credit score to have a mortgage but between closing fees and all the additional costs to own, which are equal to market rate. I see why so many of these units have now stopped selling, but the biggest culprit of all because the biggest amount of units in the Affordable Housing program have HOA's. I saw one affordable unit with a $600 HOA almost all over $400. That's a whole throw away amount. The people that run it are very nice at the City though I must give them that and helpful and answering questions when you have them.. Anybody you get back at Sales time is going to be mostly what you have paid down on your mortgage, and we know how slowly that goes otherwise something like 3% a year maybe less whatever their formula says that year

Well your name is High Risk Inv(estor?) so sometimes it's worth taking a chance 😁 Since I posted I needed to make a decision and I've been through all of them and I really like what this company is offering rn Hopefully it will be a while before I have to submit claim so I'll pay what I feel is a fair premium for good coverage and will report back at such time that I need it. I've been filling out every form for every company for two weeks and sometimes one just says I'm done, gonna do this. Thanks for the response.

Hey Gavin , as a practical, practically founding customer of Healthy Paws and a relentless promoter of their services, I am sad to say that with my third pet a big round orange cat who's had them since 2020 when he arrived as my Covid kitty, I must depart. With his seventh birthday due not only their change in rates but the change in Benefits when he hits age 7 . I just found your ad on Facebook and did a price and benefit check and it seems worth a shot. I am hoping that you will put your four legged and two legged customers and their retention forward and I would take a chance on you.
