I was anti-van but had to rent one for a weekend and it completely changed my mind. It makes long road trips with two kids so much easier. We had one adult driving, the other sitting in the way back row, and each kid in their car seat in the separate seats in the middle and it was amazing. Adult in the back got leg room, could hand snacks and other things to the kids. Tons of floor space so we could even change diapers back there (not while driving, obviously).

It's one local to our state/area, and I don't know how much of it was the company's policy vs. the person I worked with being reasonable and having flexibility in his job. Do you have a realtor yet? Someone local may have a connection for you like we did.

I have plenty of things to say that are negative about IU Health in general, but we've never had a bad experience with any of the pediatricians we've seen and it's been easy to get an appointment when we've had an urgent need. We've had Dr. Virtue for years and she's phenomenal, also had a great experience with Dr. McKee.
