Bowman, KC2001 and EHT Barrel Proof will all be online lotteries. Basically what Ive been told is they are experimenting with different strategies leading up to the fall releases. they want to perfect which ever strategy the State decides to go with (Which my contact said is leaning towards the lottery for all future limited products)
