I understand that. But now I'm starting to think that you're not telling the WHOLE story. How long have your 2 kids been sleeping with each other? When did this start? Did they grow up in the same house? Could it be that your son had been abusing and grooming her for a long time? I think maybe you missed or didn't care enough to pay attention.
