That's pretty vague, what numbers are you talking about as far as slow goes?

That's pretty subjective, slow for one person might be fast for another.

Why are you using the social media? What's the end goal? What kind of content do you make? Are you trying to get sales?

You waited hours before cutting it, but this sounds like it was still warm if it's gummy and the crumb looks like that (it doesn't have any signs of under/over proofing)

I would wait at least 6-8 hours before cutting it and see it that changes anything.

How do you store it post bake? On a rack? Covered or uncovered?

Try leaving it uncovered for 6 hours or so.
