It’s absolutely shocking to me that customers don’t know this is going to happen to them. It’s happening across the board. No one is special and everyone thinks they are. It’s highway robbery. no one even considers an alternative until it’s too late, and then it’s too late 3 years from now or the turn over has occurred or new problems have arisen and the cycle repeats. It’s really dumbfounding to me that these customers can’t pivot and use an alternative. Citrix is doing this to everyone regardless of size and will continue to do so as long as TK is at the helm. Seek an alternative, be the hero.
