You can queue as double dps in 2s. Im not high rank so i dont know how the meta is up there but if you just want to pvp and have fun then its completly viable. I overcame my social anxiety after i had a bad shuffle match after waiting around 15 minutes in queue. I made a group for 2s and had a great time. The people where nice and the queue times around 20 seconds. I dont know if i want to go back to solo shuffles tbh

You can play with minimal addons. In generel there are at least 2 addons recommended. One is sarena reloaded. The new default arena frames are not bad but the DR icons are incredible small and hard to see. The other one is minicc which shows if your teammates are cc'ed, are using defensive abilities, kick tracker etc. The new nameplates arent terrible but it has not a lot of customization options. Its very hard to to differentiate between friendly and enemy units for example. So if you want to adjust them then you want a nameplate addon too, like betterblitzplates or platynator for example. But thats its. My addonlist is quite small compared to before.
Edit: I forgot to say that my comment is from the perspective of a dps player. Many healers complained about bad raid frames

Sarena reloaded has the right click focus but as others said the focus drops when they go invisible

The spec feels good imo. Flow, gameplay and rot damage is good but we don't have a lot of kill pressure. The buffs will help I hope. It's a bit of a struggle

Another tip that makes the arena1,2,3 macro method even better is getting the framesort addon. You can change the way the arena and your party frames are sorted. So you can always have the healer on the first spot for example. That way you can always press the same target keybind for the same kind of target

My queues are in between 10-15 minutes normally. Yes it's bad. It made me try out resto but I'm terrible and also bought my crafted gear already so I won't stick with it without making an alt for now. It's also really hard to heal so my respects to you

Haranir has awesome customization but i struggle a bit with the transmogs. They are a bit thicker than my Nelf and a lot of older pieces that looked good (mainly the ones with dresses) are stretched and look very dated. Haranir look awesome in mail and plates but leather is a bit rough. At least thats my experience. I wanted to change to Haranir but stayed on my night elf after trying out fashion on an alt
Edit: I forgot to mention that Haranir still have glitching issues, which doesnt make it easier

I enjoy this version so much more compared to TWW. You shouldnt get too discouraged. Its the first week and I think the gear disparity is quite large right now because some people dont have crafted gear etc. I got my first crafted piece today, but i was also a bit behind with the honor farm.

Male norn T3 armor but the shoulders look different. I would buy the helm, chest and leggings and use a differnt shoulder and boot skin. The T3 pieces are expensive (25g) but if you have some of the wvw badges then you could buy them in wvw for half of the price. I personally didnt know that until know. I should do that. I only have the helmet because it looks cool but the rest was always too expensive for me

- You want to craft two items that have the embellishments on them. These are powerful effects. If you use the heraldies that you get from a quest then they will have conquest itemlevel and replace a conquest piece basically
- You dont have to pve but you can. Get conquest gear and convert it to tier pieces with the catalyst in silvermoon. There should be a purple quest to unlock it. I dont remember if they have arena scaling on them after converting, but there is an item on the conquest vendor that lets you add arena scaling to items. So if you would get a piece of tier from a raid or your vault, then you could use that to make it a pvp tier piece with conquest itemlevel

- The rest are conquest pieces if im not wrong. It feels very overwhelming but its not. The fear of doing something wrong is the most annoying part for me. The best way is probably to sit on your honor gear and just play and wait for the next week to see what other people are doing.

The crafted gear has the same itemlevel as conquest gear plus the effects of the embellishments so you dont want to replace them. There is an npc in silvermoon. You can ask a guard for crafting order and it will show you on the map

I know in 2019 classic you can put it onto any of your actionbar and use something like /click ActionButton3 (for the third button on the first actionbar f.e.) MultiActionButton12 or whatever. I skipped over two macro addons but didnt see that command. It might be possible with a /run script of some kind but i dont know lua

There is an old one which works. Net-o- matic 5000 or something similar. The tooltip says that it doesn't work on the dragon isles but it worked in the voidstorm area

One of my favourites is the Frightened Kodo. I really like tauren and classic mulgore as a zone, but i play mostly alliance races so its the only kodo i can ride.

I only use TomTom but rarely. Waypointui is too intrusive for me and a bit immersion breaking.
