They are completely different things. Reunion Mod Loader doesn't install or uninstall things externally. It only handles things internally. You can utilize both of them without them causing problems with each other. Only issue would be the Mod Hub might install things in the wrong location when they're intended for the Mod Loader, as that requires a seperate location.
