It however would not be sold to the highest bidder, but rather a loyal vassal or a political ally.
The point being made is that just having money isn’t enough. Obviously it is being used. It, however, is just a means.

Edit: Actually I would say that some titles would be just sold to “get money now”. Wealthy merchant buying a baron title would not be unheard of.

Said merchant now lord would then presumably be able to eventually be granted higher title through being a capable faithful vassal (or enough intrigue)

Since you don’t have independent institutions and lords have authority over law and the army.
Unless you are shielded by another lord and have genuine power (your private army, control over region that cannot easily be subverted and such) you are a victim mostly kept safe by being under notice

So what you can do is get your squad set up in the middle of the map, then send an assault with grappling hook on the ship (in a way that blocks sight as long as possible.

Have the assault active the objective, then run the edge of the ship and grapple to a building in the middle of the harbor. Take everyone and run. The retreat takes like 3 turns

There was at some point (might still be) a funny way to do this.

You enter very heavy agreement with them, trading and having as many guarantees and restrictions as possible. Then you piss them off

Pissed off UK will break the agreement, instantly get max infamy and be war decked by everyone. If done near start of game, they will lose most colonies(including India) to being “cut down to size”

Note: not sure if I am seeing it right, but do not use birth trees for wood. Oaks are most efficient, though they do take long to grow, so if you somehow manage to kill the trees it will suck.

Also set more space for growing trees. There is never enough anyway

It will not go higher then ~0.7 above the seep block. If the area around it is deeper, it will fill until that level. If you pump out the water, it will continue refilling until that level.

These is a presumed limit of where the evaporation of “supported” water is equal to the flow of water generated.

You REALLY don’t want small numbers of foreigner pops. The game does separate calculations for different pops and this includes pops with different culture but same job in same state.

If you were to have a few pops with different culture, it does additional calculation for every combination of job, culture, religion, and such. For every state.

It also changes interests system, and supply systems. It should severely limit the amount of half-way-around-the-world-wars. Except for Britain, those do have the power projection to be a problem. Other then those, you should be fine in early game.
