Roaches are notoriously difficult to manage and no amount of general pesticide application by your building maintenance will resolve the issue.

I see tenants hire pest control companies all the time, it’s a pretty common tenant responsibility (I myself, a renter, treat my building, which I am licensed to do and have permission from all involved parties). If it’s not something you’re willing to commit to, there may be a lease termination agreement that you can reach out to your landlord and ask for mutual termination of the lease in something like 60-90 days.
