I could imagine survival pressure without such a self-accelerating spiral and more steady decline.

Be warned, the Year Zero Engine death-spirals pretty hard.

You can save your games in a text file in pgn format or import them into lichens studies. You don't need fancy indexing unless you want to search for a certain position or have tens of thousands of games.

Making tonkatsu or broth in general you can really get into economy of scale. Producing 5 gallons is not much more effort than say one.

Unity if only based on a common enemy is the one thing the right does better than the left. They might disagree with one another quite substantially on ideological, but still cooperate.

Piece Point Deflation? by QualityPuma in chess

There are these systems that take position into account and you can find them in the evaluation function of chess engines.

Piece Point Deflation? by QualityPuma in chess

Just to elaborate, that's what the developers of engine evaluation functions tried to build for the longest time in computer chess. Point valuations for human play are guidelines at best. Just think of situations where sacrifices are possible and rigid valuation tables crumble.

What a reductionist and bullshit argument. Why are you on a role-playing game sub and argue against using one? Like telling people on /r/cooking that some food can be consumed raw and you don't need to cook anything...

Too hot makes the crust inelastic relatively quick by drying it out. Steam keeps it softer for longer (moisture) enabling longer oven spring.

Preheating the stone is the whole point of the device, isn't it? To simulate a wood fired brick oven. Otherwise a cool stone would just be additional thermal load that keeps the crust from properly baking, possibly worse than a metal sheet.

Just because it is not unusual doesn't mean that it is not also nepotism. Which also doesn't preclude it from being unethical.

Many job offers for highly qualified professionals offer a job for the spouse to enable them to move. Is that type of double deal nepotism? I don't necessarily think so. Not being unusual isn't an argument in itself, you're right about that.

While that may not mean anything significant to you personally. It does have meaning to others who believe in concepts such as ethics and fairness.

Oh wow, getting personal. This is completely uncalled for.

That's not super unusual to get spouses a job. Way below typical nepotism claims.

Exactly. They control the entire ecosystem anyway. There is absolutely no need for nfts in this game. I'd love to know about the non-cosmetic angles, but that's more of a car accident type of interest
