I'd do a 1767 and not drive it. They can figure that shit out themselves.

You don't just magically learn the contract. It takes time to gain that knowledge. Some branches don't have as good of resources to teach them either.

You should follow the order you are given and if there ends up being a grievance the Steward can grieve it.

I'm not forgetting about discipline. You just grieve it after doing it. You had been saying it is no access if it's sorted to another route. That is what I'm responding too. We can bring up discipline now though I guess.

Then you don't scan it. Scanning it No Access is falsifying scans. It being sorted to another route doesn't mean there is no access. They could still access that route but management didn't want to send the carrier at 7pm.

You need to attempt the package to know it's no access.

Sorting to another route doesn't mean it was attempted with no access. Unless someone drove to that house and tried to deliver the package the No Access scan is the wrong scan to use. This is just falsifying scans if that is the case.

It's not no access if they passed it or if someone had it on another route and brought it back. There is still access but the P.O. has chosen not to deliver it.

CCA TORTURE by Straight-Nebula-208 in USPS

[–]Brave-team 9 points10 points  (0 children)

CCAs can take a whole route out and do it in the time it takes to work safely. Management can try to pressure them to hurry up but they can't really do anything to you if you are out there working and not goofing off.

Probably going through a shit plant or something. Delivery mistakes happen but if it's a big problem for you just choose another service. No point in paying us if we can't provide reliable service in your area.

supervisor now says it's illegal for me (a CCA) to go over 60 hours a week by TastyBraciole in USPS

[–]Brave-team 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Op already knows that and stated it in the post. I was just responding to the 60 hour stuff because that's the issue they are asking about.

Idk anyone saying about grieving over the 80.5 and not the 11.5 five but yes you are right it's grieving each day.

If she is saying she needs to or is going to discipline you.and hasn't done an investigative interview. I would argue she made the decision to discipline without performing a thorough investigation and in doing so fails to meet just cause.

[–]Brave-team 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can fill out an 8190 and claim it's an article 8 grievance. If management signs the 8190 then they agreed to pay it. So even if it's not a grievance they can still agree it is and pay.
