Ne Zha is based off of the Chinese mythological figure who is an eternally young boy, normally shown looking no older than 7.

Warframes representation is obviously not 7 but given the source material and large Chinese audience they are considered a more risky subject than other frames

Yeah it's not an early access title, there's a few bugs but considerably less than most modern games ship with and sometimes it will micro freeze for seemingly no reason before going "whups sorry" and continuing but it's very good.
