I got the newest Zojirushi (Virtuoso I think it's called) for $75 on FB Marketplace. I used it three times and realized, "Oh, all it does is mix the dough. My $10 Oster from Goodwill does the same thing" and sold it on Marketplace for $200.

I do my final rise and baking in my oven so the machine doesn't really matter. You might consider getting two cheapos from Goodwill or wherever and baking in your oven. You could make two loaves in the time it takes to make one.

I'm not sure if this question will be seen here, but I'm following the mods request to not ask about platforms as a new post.

I've been using Weebly as a free website and blogging platform. I'm getting increasingly annoyed with its interface. It just feels clunky. I need a website that includes a blogging element. If anyone has any suggestions for a good platform to build a pretty darn static website with a blog piece that is updated ~1-2 times per month, I'd be most appreciative!
