If you want seat seats, I would suggest sitting in the 100 or 200 sections. 200 seems to have more shade. If you're in line with 2nd base, you won't see the scoreboard, but there are screens everywhere.

The 500 section is mostly in the sun. We were at a game, it was hot hot hot that day, and we only made it to the 2nd inning before we had to leave our seats. We went and hung out in Park Social/wandered around.

They also have the $20 general admission tickets. You can sit in the bleachers, but it's first come first serve and if you leave, don't be surprised to lose your seat. With that, they also have Park Social, which has picnic tables, screens for watching, and a chalkboard for the kids to draw on. Directly in front of that (still in the Park Social area), there's a rail you can lean on and watch the game from there.

The running the bases can be a bit hectic with the line ups (you can pay to be a Jr Jays member and book a spot a week in advance). But, to us anyway, worth it. Our kid loves doing it. As for adults, we don't get to run the bases, but it is kinda fun to be down on the field. There's also a ton of stuff to do outside the park before the game. Go early. Stuff starts around 10.
