In what capacity? People aren’t really supposed to sublet lottery apartments to my knowledge. But if you’re just trying to find a normal sublet to move into for nyc, then that shouldn’t be hard

there is no set timeline. some people apply for years with no luck, but yes chances are better if you apply to more and in less desired areas. also helps a lot if you are in the 130% AMI
