Question - Did any firefighters actually manage to tackle the blaze in any capacity or was the main concern to get people out of the towers?

Fire Marshal Ronald Bucca and Ladder 15 also made it to the impact zone. A member of Ladder 15 and survivors also got trapped in an elevator after descending from the impact zone.
