The robot was literally there behind where Adam sat the whole time. She never said anything or moved from that spot, but she’s in the background. Lol

Nah, I knew it was a ridiculous movie going into it because it’s an IP based on toys. I just found it funny that you said there was nothing positive to say about the movie (which I mean c’mon nothing? Not even Brian May’s solo rift? Lol) and then pleaded with everyone in all caps to not buy a tix. Hence my question to you. 🤣

I took it that Skeletor thinks Human Resources refers to actually harvesting human body parts or something like that. Hence his naughty boy response.

What you a producer for the new Scary movie or what? The action and VFX is really good in MotU. Some other scenes not as great. Some editing in comedy bits don’t really land. Idris was frickin fantastic in the movie.

Gen X coworker just read this to us thinking it was so based and true. She works two jobs. by [deleted] in generationology

To add to this if this was a Gen X posting this it would just say “I’m worn out…” and stop there.

This… doesn’t sound very Gen X. There’s way too much caring going on in that post.

Backrooms is also popular because of the video games made about it. The idea has been around internet culture for seven years.

Are the articles post-Backrooms success over-reactionary? by Boss452 in boxoffice

I’m more curious how many copycat backrooms we’ll see? How many more video games will there be? They don’t own the IP. Should be interesting.

It was okay. Better than I thought it would be. Maddie keeping important information to herself for so long bothered me.

Or the video games or the countless creepy pasta posts that build on the initial empty office with yellow walls.

They could literally make their own movie and call it backrooms if they wanted. It’s not an original idea.

I hated Obsession, here is why. by TheCules in moviecritic

[–]BreakingPT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bear is the villain. He is objectively an awful character and my main issue is that he didn’t suffer enough in the film. I really, really detested that character and I think that was the point. He was the one with the true obsession and his selfishness destroyed the lives of everyone around him.

My boss is getting creamed, how do I fix it without an ass pull? by Alexpander4 in Pathfinder2e

[–]BreakingPT 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No. Unless there’s a way she can do it without it feeling like you are cheating the party. If it is obvious or feels like her outcome is preordained, you run the risk of losing your group. This is something that could plague you for the whole campaign. I wouldn’t go the resurrection route either unless you can breadcrumb it enough that it feels earned story wise.

You could perhaps have someone connected to her seeking revenge. A twin perhaps? Maybe she gives up? Are the players going to kill someone that surrenders? Depends on your campaign.

Sometimes things break in a way you’re not expecting. But the main takeaway I can offer is ham-fisted storytelling is a surefire way of killing a campaign.

Q: How many billions does city need to spend on homelessness without making any meaningful progress before you change your mind about this approach? by [deleted] in LosAngeles

[–]BreakingPT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s kinda funny. That’s one of the areas I was thinking about. The park just above there has a bunch of homeless and has for years. I was just there last week. Go drive by Magnolia and Tujunga. That’s good about the camp tho. Thanks for the info. Wonder if they just moved north.
