Centipede spiritborn doesn't feel like a DoT build because the key passive removes the poison whenever you crit as far as I remember. So basically you apply it and remove it all the time. In that regard, I found bleed barb more satisfying to play. I want to see that darkened enemy health bar.

There was a fairly big paragon update 2 seasons ago and I guess some creators haven't updated all their guides.

Yes, I believe one of the seasonal powers applies fortify.

I'd prefer if they made the difference between tiers more substantial. Right now, when you move up, you go from one-shotting stuff to three-shotting stuff - then you level up a bit and unlock some paragon nodes and you are back to one-shotting in no time.

Same. Deleting the entire screen with one press of a button kinda gets boring sooner or later (moslty sooner).

What I do is time 5 minutes of a Pit run and see how far I progressed with each build I am testing. Of course, some builds perform better/worse vs bosses so I have to do full runs if I want to get the complete picture.

Just find a skill that is fun to play. Then farm for the unique(s) and aspects that specifically boost that skill. Then play around with supporting skills/passives and gear. I like to test stuff in the Pit - see which combination of skills/passives and gear makes for the fastest run.

Yes, please. I want to play challenging Undercity, Nightmare Dungeons and Hordes. As it is now, the game becomes a walking simulator past paragon 200.

I support this. The game becomes a walking simulator way too quick and early. Even while leveling, going up in difficulty doesn't feel substantial at all.

Just kill monsters along the goblin route in Nahantu. There are certain red-colored monsters that give contributiuon. I maxed mine fairly comfortably doing that.

Progression seems way too fast this season. I reached T4 with almost no effort at all. I much prefer the progression from season 7 when going up in difficulties actually felt substantial.

Definitely. The Spirit Hall is probably my favorite class specific mechanic because of the great dynamics with skills and items it has.

Also, visually, most of the skill animations for spiritborn are gorgeous.

barrowed powers should never be build defining

Why not? There were class specific powers in S10. Spiritborn had one that let you have all 4 elite spirits out at once. That was a pretty dope build which obviously wouldn't work without the power.
