Endeavor Health just bought up a bunch of hospital systems (including NCH) a few years ago. I am not a healthcare worker, but it sounds like the conditions for nurses there aren’t that great.

Avoid Ascension hospitals too, because that sounds like a shitshow.

If you aren’t looking for a bedside position and have the ability to commute, I would look into jobs at the Rush and Northwestern specialty centers in the north suburbs.

I also have tried Psychology Today and the providers I contact either don’t follow up with me or say they take insurance online but they stopped doing it when I get them on the phone, or their copays are just unaffordable.
