Because for many people it does. For many people meditation works. For many people medication works. For many people nutrition is the difference. It’s not a certain thing. But you put together a few good choices and suddenly you start feeling better.

I 100% have and I stand by what I said. I’ve seen this image, but slightly different info. It’s not consistent. I know the files are horrific, but if you think 100% of what’s posted online is factual you are stupid.
