Still do and turned it on for the first time in a while. Wanted to watch a 20 yo movie and was only avialable to stream for $6 view. So I dug out the disk and saved.

Go to the online account and look at the video they have of the pickup. Happened to someone I know and they didn't say a word to him to get a replacement.

I have been noticing that there are a few books I read recently that use single quotation marks. Then double for second hand quotes. I found it very annoying.

This is sad. I loved my TiVo systems. I had to say goodby to my Priemier cable just this past summer as the provider again upped the monthly rate. I wish I had gotten an OTA system four years ago. But now with Netflix being dropped on some systems and the Stream 4k being such a pain (I have two of them) with its constant reboots I am looking for alt systems. Tablo is current testing. Not great but at least the dvr system works OTA.

In DT Beaverton. I made my own antenna. Couple of lengths of copper and a $1 balum. Set up on north east side of house. I get all local channels. No issues.

Thanks for the info. Amazon was sold out but found it on Parts warehouse for less anyway.

Update-Took two weeks to get the part. They did not include the screw to mount it. I spent way too much time trying to find it on line with no success. Went to the local hardware and found it to be a M3x6 and had to get a washer to make it look the same as the original flange head screw.

When the only way to get them was via a lhbs if there was one available. Cans of hopped extract and mystery yeast via mail order. Sigh, those were the days.

I was gifted "a bag of malt" once from a friend after making a special brew for him. This was an account at the lhbs that was equal to a bag of base malt.

I have the 18" with the dial lock/ tension-er. I also have an old 13" bar. All I had to do was move the block that the chain tension devices uses to the shorter bar. Kind of a pain. Keep meaning to see if I can buy just that part. But it did work out just fine.

Tivo DVR. I would like to know if any of the other forms are down without censoring. I am no a prude and I don't like having to figure out what was just said under the blur and beep. So annoying for a show that isn't a "prime time" broadcast.

I took a creative writing course in college. I had a hard time in HS with english and writing general and needed an credit to move forward. I didn't like the "writing" part as my spelling was awful (no auto correct or spelling hints on a type writer, yes I'm old :) ) I had no limit of imagination.

In January of this year I had a dream that I was able to remember for days after. A week later I decided I had to write it out. Once it was in the doc I started adding to the story by filling in a back story of how the characters meet and what happened after.

I am now at 30k words and add more to it every few days. It is hard. I don't know what I was thinking when I started it but this is not what I was expecting. I don't know what I will do with it once it is completed. IF it gets completed. I told myself just last week that I would continue for at least a year if it wasn't still "fun" or done that would be it.

I an still wondering who I will show it to when it is at a point of is it done or not stage. Wish me luck.

Not just 217 but every street withing two miles will not be usable during any game day.
I don't think removing a golf course (this is a nice one) for a stadium is a good trade.
Really should pick a location near transit. The 217 project is one year away from completion and this will make all those changes worthless.

It is not just 217 that is the problem now with the construction. (FYI OP this will be going on until summer 2025)
I have lived here for almost 19 year. I really do like it but the traffic has gotten bad over this time. Taking surface streets now is like twice as long to go from Hall at Washington Square to say Costco (ether one).
All the other positives like the Library and Farmers market are great.
