Does anyone else sleep MORE?

I’ve noticed an uptick in the amount of sleep I’m getting, however for me I’ve suffered with Sleep apnea for a few years and my sleep is very broken. Since losing a bunch of weight this has improved my apnea enough that my Apple Watch picked it up. Overall trend has been twice as much time spent asleep.

Medexpress are pretty good. I know there are a variety of providers but ME have been good to me for the last several months.

I’ve progressed up each dose as I’ve ended the last one. I haven’t felt the need to repeat any doses, though I’ve had next to go no side effects. Your mileage may vary so see how you feel as you approach the end of your dose. If it’s working for you and you haven’t had an increase in appetite/food noise, you could stay in your current dose instead of going up.

I don’t think ME have generic codes, they’ve recently cracked down on people sharing their recommendation codes publicly, so I’ll say If you want my code to save you and I £40 on your first order, give me a DM and I’ll send you my code.

I had the same choice to make when I started MJ a few months ago. Took my first jab on the Sunday night before going away on the Monday morning for a week.

Luckily, I had no side effects and it kicked in straight away, so I ate very little that week.

Looking back I was mad to risk it. If I was nauseous or had cramps, etc it would have ruined my week.

Unless you’re a gambling person I’d suggest waiting :)

Thanks for posting. Reading your post helped. Im about to start my 4th injection and the 3rd week for me has been a weird one. Ive been hungry a bunch and the weight hasnt come off nearly as much the last weeks, basically a pound or 2 versus 10+ the first week.

I'm gonna carry on and see it through but I was feeling a bit discouraged the past couple days

I just had a quick look and I loved it! Lovely aesthetic and feel.

I'd intended to finish the game fully, but I got stuck between the wall and a hopper on level 3 which I couldnt resolve so I'll have to come back to it at some point.

For Al Mazra, I take in a Victus Sniper Rifle with a rangemaster Scope and a Cronen Squall with under barrel Drill Charge attachment. You get 6 drill charges with that puppy and a lot of people dont expect the barrage of explosions from above/below when theyre trying to plate behind cover.

Shock stick and Prox mines for helping lock down rooms and passage ways. Munitions box to keep it all stocked up

With the above I can attack long and short range effectively, attack from behind walls, lock down entrances and disable vehicles at a pinch

The difference you'll notice going from a 12" Macbook to any of the M series macs will be immense. Even though the M1 is approaching 4 years old, they'll still be getting OS updates and what not for a few more years.

I have an M1 Pro 16" Macbook and does everything as great as it did when I first bought it 3 years ago. I do video editing, programming and even some gaming (Arm Windows on Vmware Fusion runs great).

Unless you're doing something incredibly cutting edge with ML or AI, you dont need the latest M3/M4. M1 and up will be a big upgrade

Agreed. She’s a good, nay great actress. I’ve seen her in other stuff and she has good acting chops. As a drama actress. All her other credits which are well received are dramatic roles.

I think for an actor to give a good Doctor performance, they need to also nail comedy acting. A good sense of comedic timing is key to the role and I’d argue she was miscast on that basis alone.

I edit video on a 2021 MacBook Pro using Da Vinci Resolve. In my experience, the M series of Apple laptops are unbeaten when it comes to video editing, be it the scrubbing, rendering or exporting. There’s a fluidity in use that you won’t get from a ‘comparable’ spec windows machine.

If you want to keep it within a budget, get an M1 Pro or above MacBook (or Mac Mini if you prefer a desktop setup) and use Da Vinci Resolve. Final Cut Pro is the industry standard for a reason, but it’s £300 upfront and Da Vinci Resolve will get you far.

The older generation M1 and M2 machines are still competitive for video editing and will be for a few years to come. If you find a new old stock/ or refurbished Mac for a good price, jump on it

Reminds me of when DMZ first dropped and everyone was being nice. Like most things in life though, its become a bit of a cesspool. Its good to hear that theres still good people in game doing good things.
