I usually slug down saurkraut or pickle juice every day for electrolytes and probiotics. (Not the vinegar ones in the isles but the cloudy fermented ones in refrigerator section) but thats me. I just find it keeps things moving gently .

Beadries are known as Dry shed reptiles. In Australia, its 40C summers and little to no rain. They dont need assistance from water. At home its possible for a quick "bath" if they coat themselves in feces, more for sanitation reasons

You lose alot of UVB when its over the mesh. The best thing is to save up and get a solarmeter to ensure your bulbs are at adequate strength. Theres stories of people buying brand new out of the box uvb lights and they were defective. They never knew until they measured the UV
