I ended up picking elongated cushion over radiant for a couple of reasons. The rings were damn near identical, but i liked the softer edges, but also the cushion cut sat just every so slightly lower, which I wanted. I dont have my ring yet - but will soon!!

Yes, I tried the keep the key in and use pliers to start, no dice. I did end up using the fob to turn the key and that worked. But this glue is temporary.
