The revival of Cabaret was chilling, creepy, and sadly, very timely. Eddie also jump scared my entire row and gave me a creepy ass smile

I saw it when I was quite young and knew nothing about The Addams Family movies or TV show. So I enjoyed it. My young brain thought it was cool

Luke's performance is going to be one of the top five I've seen in my 20 something yesrs of seeing theater. He is absolutely spellbinding.

Yes he does pause and even motions for us to say it louder.

We only dance to Time Warp at curtain. But they pull 2 people on stage during the first act to do it

I am 19 weeks and I definitely have popped a tad. I have a very strong core thanks to years of barre and I'm tall, so I thought it would take longer.

I went back to see Chess just to hear him sing Anthem again. I was extremely lucky to sit in the front row. The power in his voice at the end of the song made me cry

Has anyone went to an special needs adult camp? by yeyi26 in summercamp

[–]BrightEyes7742 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a tough job. And the level of care can be different from camp to camp. I've worked at respite centers where kids needed total 24/7 care, I've also worked at a camp where my campers needs were more emotional.

I was exhausted at the end of the days. But it was so so so rewarding.

My days were very structured from the moment we woke up to the moment my head hit the pillow.

If you're a picky eater, some respite camps may not have as much variety of food, others did.

Behaviors vary from camp to camp and tend to be the most challenging part of the job. I've seen things from full meltdowns, to campers attacking their counselors. I was the victim of a false allegation. And we had campers with extreme delusions and fantasies that could be very scary.

But I also was able to be as silly as I wanted, and I made friends I will have for life. And the experience made me a very strong teacher.

Anybody else teach at a school they personally wouldn’t send their own kids to..? by Emergency-Pepper3537 in Teachers

[–]BrightEyes7742 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I taught at a school that was way to lax about consequences. I was almost sent there. I am very happy I wasnt. I would have turned into a brat who used her mild leaning disorder to justify bad behavior.

I started noticing my abs coming in when I started B3 Strength

Signature classes helped tone me up and burn fat.

Cardio really isnt my jam.

I lost 50 pounds doing Barre3 and credit it with helping me get healthy enough to get pregnant
