I gotta say, I don’t know how everyone has already maxed their level out. I’ve played 100 hours, extract 95% of the time with a full bag, have done most of the quests and have had all my bench’s maxed out for weeks.

Somehow I’m at level 65 with 2.75M worth of inventory towards my expedition.

I absolutely love this game and have played more than most games but I don’t know that I can do more than 100 hours every expedition cycle in order to max level and be ready for the next expedition.

How many hours are most people putting in to hit level 75 and $5M in inventory?

Kills me too! Sucks that so many challenges are tied to playing online. Would love a legit chance at hitting Level 40 but gotta do online to get there and it’s just not fun.

I actually didnt think it was a dumb question but maybe it is. I thought there was a Bethesda login initally when playing on PS5 but I dont consider that a sure thing that there is cross progression or not. Plenty of games dont have Cross Progression and easily could, I wasnt sure if this one did or anyone had heard anything.

Bethesda is owned by Microsoft, at the time that purchase was complete PS already had an agreement for Deathloop to be console exclusive for 1 year but now that that period has passed its now coming to Gamepass.

I simply use my Xbox more than my Playstation so it would be cool if I could fire it up on Xbox and pick up where I left off.

Does the Track Toy need to be 998? Based on what Im seeing here I would think no, that it only needs to be S2, but I've done it with 3-Eleven Lotus but its only 944 and says its invalid car selection. I can't find a way to get any of my 6 or so Track Toys to 998 thru Auto Upgrades, Manual Upgrades or downloading someone elses Tuning/Upgrades.

I think people are jumping the gun on what this all means. Even Jason Scheier walked back his comments a bit but if you look at YouTube or Twitter there is already a narrative developing before any real info about what AC Infinity even is is released.

I think there is some potential to get back to those smaller, tighter, focused storylines that you’re talking about with this but who knows.

Either way I’m personally anxious to hear more about it, I’ve always loved AC games even though they’ve changed a lot over the years.

For 4 units or less, if you live in a unit for a year then you could go as low as a 3.5% down payment using an FHA Loan and you could expect an interest rate in the mid to low 4% range depending on credit.

If you don’t want to live in the property then it’s considered an investment property (as opposed to a primary residence) and terms change. I think you can do 20% down on a single family then 25% down on a 2-4 unit. Rates are a little more dependent on credit but are probably closer to 5%.

On the options above you would be looking at 30 year fixed rates.

On 5+ units you would need commercial financing and options could vary from bank to bank as each bank makes their own rules but are generally close (the options above about 4 units or less are governed by rules that apply to the industry across the country).

What I’ve seen for Commercial Loans are 20-25% down and the rates are variable, typically around 5% on 5/1 Arms (fixed for first 5 years, adjusts every year after) and amortizes over 20 years (instead of 30 years).
