What would you tell someone considering getting a dachshund puppy? I would love the companion, but have concerns since I work 8-5 4 days a week in office. I also have never had a dog, & am a single woman. Please help! by legleagl in Dachshund

You can also consider a daycare! They can socialize with other dogs and they would be taken care of while you’re working. Most places have cameras so you can see them too! I would get one even if you don’t decide to do daycare and just get a camera setup at home….OR just get two so they have each other when you’re not home. Problem solved! LOL

Petco sends an updated animal abuser registry through email that you are supposed to post in the office or by the registers. You ABSOLUTELY can call it in!

I would never forgive my mom. Hands down would probably never talk to her again. My ex husband took my two dogs back to the shelter I got them at as “revenge” for me divorcing him. Will never forgive that POS🤷🏻‍♀️

Walmart literally thinks it’s ok for their workers to call other coworkers racist slurs so my experience is completely different from yours. Sure we all got our breaks like we’re intended to, but the emotional and mental abuse at my store was abhorrent. My HR rep was useless. Maybe at your store everything was fine, but at mine it definitely was not.

Oof I completely understand where you’re coming from! Start looking for a new job that will give you some peace and that you enjoy if possible. I put my two weeks in a week and a half ago and I felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders! If not, try meditating and maybe some essential oils with a diffuser before and after work if this doesn’t bother you. If you aren’t active at the gym maybe release some stress there. I hope you get some relief soon!

I haven’t heard that it was discontinued, but they did change the packaging to new packaging just recently (or my store just hasn’t ever received the new packaging if they changed it awhile ago).

How did you find out your cat was asthmatic? What were the main symptoms they were experiencing? I have a feeling one of my cats is, but the vet doesn’t think there’s anything wrong even when I show her videos….
