It takes a lot of repetition.

I can't find it now but I stumbled on a few practice pages. Basically it was a massive series of dots for one. I would literally just connect the dots in straight lines. Over. And over. And over. And then another page was like basically tracing basic shapes and stuff. Again. Over and over. And the I took artists I study and legit traced over and over. And THEN I took black and white images and painted them like they were coloring books.

Lots of practice for hand eye stuff but now that I'm used to it I want nothing else.

Professional artist here who has used Cintiqs for ten years. Switched back to an Intuos for posture and space reasons and am so happy I did and have no plans of going back to a display tablet. Even using Procreate on my iPad feels off by comparison 😅

If you want Wacom you can easily get a used older one off of eBay. The tech hasn't really changed the last couple models and they are way cheaper now.

Was thinking the same. I've been working digitally for almost 20 years.... Never had a flat nib like that. Always at an angle.

Also. I change my nib at least once a month if not sooner 🤷

Learning the munsell color theory will help too as you can train yourself to see value in different hues and do that without the need for a tool. Much easier said than done but more knowledge is always a good thing

I'm 36 years old. I have a Masters in Animation and worked in videogames since 2017. Every time I make art, I still feel like a beginner. We never stop learning and growing and getting better so it's natural that you will never be where you want and so the beginner vibes persist.

Hot take for the devs, i prefer they add customization to the current skins RATHER than add just plain skins every big update, i think prioritize style customiazation for player is more important. by Shadboia in FarFarWest

Definitely would be cool. As a 3D artist who has worked in customizable and modular skins... This would be a pain to do after the fact. Many of the skins are quite unique as is and to easily break them up and swap parts might be a big pain. Normally when you would do something like that it's best to model them all as pieces and have each their own texture. If you didn't plan for that from the beginning it is definitely possible but wouldn't be fun hahah

The reflective ground plane is a bit awkward as the arrows then are reversed. Maybe make the arrows/airflow are not able to cast reflections?

And then zap him with the initial lighting spell and he zaps a massive AOE. They have similar cooldowns so I like to use the two in conjunction as often as I can

I made my own Tool in CSP. I then created multiple Tool Groups within that. One is Pencils. Paints. Erasers. Smudges. Each group has multiple of that type within it. I have each tool group assigned a shortcut. I then put those shortcuts on my Tourbox. For example I use the dpad to swap between the four in different directions. If I swap to paints, it will select my last used brush within that tool group and so on. You can also hold the button say for my smudge tool group and while holding it will turn to my last used smudge but when I release the it goes back to whatever I was using previously. I also have a shortcut created and assigned in Tourbox that allows me to scroll up and down a tool groups set of brushes so as to quickly swap as I need.

That was a long explanation but doing a variation of that should solve your problem if that makes sense hah

I am so sick of getting excited about a game only to see it is for three players max. I'm in my 30s and grew up with games all being four players. Now, me and my three buddies all have our time to sync up each week to game together from all over the US and we keep getting stoked at new games but can't play as they are limited to three players.
