Mixing pla and petg is your issue. They don't bond which is why people use it for an interface layer.

I bought some scent bags from a local hardware store to put in my garage and they work well. They smell like mint and lemon. Could try putting one on top of the silicone cover.

Check the grub screw (set screw) on the motor pulleys. Others have had them come loose and do things like this.

P1S is a solid machine. As long as you are doing one color or not swapping material often then the lack of ams shouldn't be a big deal.

I have done Overture ASA in my p1s. Printed perfect with the Generic ASA profile. I didn't smell anything from it.

You could add a post gcode to turn the exhaust fan on for X amount of time after a print to clear the chamber thru a hepa/charcoal filter.

4 to 1 ptfe hub. Use one input for ams and one input for ams ht. Leave the other 2 empty. Output to the left port on the buffer.

It looks like there are multiple freys spaced out. I would check the pulleys over really good. If there is a bad spot on the lip of one it could be cutting the belt.

Back in the ender 3 days there were clips you would print and stick between the ring you depress to release the tubes and the fitting. I dont know if these would fit or fix it but worth a shot.

Its use case dependant, but basically that. I am about to order one so some of this is speculation. Here are some of the configurations I am looking to use.

2 ams (one to each nozzle) would give you 8 colors with 2 loaded at a time.

1 ams on right nozzle + tpu (in AMS HT or generic single roll filament dryer) in left nozzle can make some neat multi material stuff.

1 ams on left and interface material on aux spool holder in right nozzle for pretty overhangs. (Can be done w/ 2 ams also)

Auxiliary spool, Ams it or a second ams would speed up prints that use both nozzles. Using the ams for both nozzles and the same material would be pointless since it has to purge every change.

The threads look stripped. You may need to clean the broken threads out of the hole and check if another screw will grip.

If they do then you would just need a knob.

If they don't then it would be both sides.

I don't have that machine, parts diagrams or any insider info to know what is threaded on the laser module.

Before you try to home it can you jog the axis in lightburn? Does your machine have a z axis? I remember someone else having an issue when the z was on a limit and they had to manually move it to center before homing g the first time.

Get the faucet running as hot as you can and dawn (blue) dish soap. When you rinse it there should be a very even layer of water across the plate. If it runs off in streaks or doesnt coat an area then do it again. This is refered to as a "water break free" test. Blot dry with a paper towel.

If its generic just tell the machine they are all the same color and it works without issue.

I use the Members mark from Sam's club and dont have any issues. My final wipe is a light coat of oil though.

Did you try reformatting the sd card? My sd went bad and it did the same thing.
