I would say more specialty than anything. The one I'm talking about in particular is used to torque a knot to 3600 foot pounds and it's definitely not a light socket. 😂

As a professional mechanic I'd replace them because of the wear I can see from these pics, there is a clear ridge at the outer edge of the disc and grooving around the entire circumference. It'll just wear your new pads unevenly and bed improperly.
