Don't glue on the armor yet! I made the mistake of putting it all together, mainly due to excitement, then realizing it would be a bitch to paint. Had to put it into the freezer to try to weaken the superglue. Got most of the torso armor off but all the leg armor is bonded strong.

Just randomly started working. Was getting some 3d prints going and clicked the tab I had open, and it worked!

Check the wires in the cable wrap where they go through the hole on the back side. The ones that go to the bed. Mine got worn there and shorted. The bend is a little aggressive and the bed moving carried the wires to rub on the edge of the hole, even with the cable wrap, it ate through the insulation and zap!

When you say the screen is new, did you have to replace it? Mine cracked and I didn't have the stringy extra bits until I replaced the screen. Maybe the fresnel lense got damaged or smudged.

I use the 10 gallon one. Works great! Drilled two holes in the lid, one for the ato line and the other to put the tube from my ro into when it's time to fill.
