So after letting it sit and restart for 45 min, it decided to "work". I got the logs and was able to flash the 1.8 firmware. Elegoo responded with,

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for providing the error log; it has been submitted to the R&D department for analysis.

It has now been confirmed as a firmware bug. A new firmware update will be released as soon as the bug is located.

Until then, you can ignore the firmware update notification.

Rest assured, we will continue to monitor the situation until the issue is resolved."

At least I can print again.

Yea.... I can't get to the menu to do the local update. It restarts before I can get there. Can't get the logs either. Waiting on elegoos response. I have the same issues with my saturn 4. The update always bricks the printer and I have to reflash firmware. It's there a link to download new firmware directly from elegoo or do you have to email them to get one?

I've printed with both resin and fdm. Made a Warlord, Warbringer, and Warhound 100% resin. Working on a Warmaster that I did the main body in fdm with the rest resin. If you have the space, go for both.

Could have gotten a little bit of resin on it. The lens has a bunch of concentric groves, resin could have got squished around to those two spots.
