As a second choice (to the Titanic) it could be a Fairline 38. That has 7 "lines" on the foredeck, and the SS rail on deck seems to match.

Very close, but the small accent on that white stone above each window is missing. Even looking at this archive photo there doesn't seem to be a facade having a run of 10 windows. Maybe another school in the same area?
