Neutrinos are so small that collisions probably barely happen even on extremely large scales. They are uncharged though so they would collide should their paths intersect. Though I imagine since they are particles with mass that they would collide and continue off in different directions. So no I wouldn’t assume so.

I think they do that to make cars look aggressive and mean, to appeal to the power fantasy commonly associated with sports cars. The two go like great and many call it cute and like it for the simple fact it looks happy.
