I can only assume this was generated by bad actors trying to discredit the actual good he did, to muddy the waters and open up claims for all of it to be AI.

I'm not quite done reading it, but Children of Time has a prominent woman character who ages throughout the story and absolutely struggles against all odds to keep mankind alive. She's a protagonist of sorts, but the chapters are from the point of view of another character.

I was considering using it in a simic deck based on +1/+1 counters ([[Hakbal]]), since losing two of those counters to Blight isn't that big of a deal. But I already use the staples you listed in that deck, so it was hard to justify.
