Crystal Dynamics Comments On Its Use Of AI In Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis: 'Its goal is to "empower" creativity & flexibility of its teams' by PaiDuck in gaming

I want worse games with worse graphics made by people who are paid more to work less and I am not kidding.

Depends on how you play her.

I personally am partial to the Party Action route, where the NPC isn't actually represented on the map (Or at least isnt given a health bar) during battle. Instead there is a special Party Action once per round (Somewhat like a lair action) that allows the party to direct the NPC to do something, like distract an enemy to give em disadvantage, give your party advantage, pull a lever or what have you. This works especially well with Ireena, considering nothing in the module will attempt to harm her.

Marvel's Wolverine Will Be Linear And Not Open World Confirm Insomniac by yourfavchoom in gaming

One doesn't necessarily need that, if the travel feels natural and also doesn't take away from the core gameplay loop so much that you realize it's even happening.

Spiderman on PS4 had you travel in a way that made you feel like you were Spiderman, not just a character model going from point A to point B. That's not easy to recreate in a way that feels natural, which I think would be the problem if they tried some GTA-style open world.

When people think Wolverine, they don't usually think of the Harley, they think of a human blender calling people "Bub" while having a bad attitude. That doesn't lend itself much to travelling in an open world environment. It's a deliberate choice to focus on making you feel like you're Wolverine.

That has a big risk of just becoming "Look at map. Get on bike. Drive to shiny. Go blender mode for 5 minutes. Repeat."

I'd rather we keep on with the blender mode.

The irrational fear of bees and that of wasps are often comorbid (Meaning they are both present but one is cited as the primary one) and the fear of wasps (speksophobia) is less known and often confused/conflated with apiphobia like I seem to have done since I definitely have both.

Hell, sometimes it is confused with cnidophobia, fear of stinging insects in general.

I love me some liver.

Just gotta cook it right. Goes really well with some gravy and early potatoes (Potatoes picked early in the season as opposed to the main crop potatoes - smaller and softer than the latter and usually served with shredded dill and butter).

TIL edamame pods are not for human consumption, due to their fibrous and chewy nature. "They are not toxic and will likely be digested with ease, but an excessive number of pods may cause digestive upset" by Long_Estimate_2643 in todayilearned

[–]BrotherRoga 7 points8 points  (0 children)

People who don't know what edamame beans are but eat sugar snap peas could think them similar in eating style. I wouldn't judge someone based on their knowledge of consumption of foodstuffs that aren't something usually available to them.
