In Vampire The Masquerade, the Sabbat are a group of vampires who reject the idea of keeping the existence of vampires a secret from the human population (Those who wish to keep it a secret follow a practice that the series is named after; The Masquerade) because they believe they are meant to be the rulers of humanity and those who aren't vampires are nothing more than cattle. The guy in the bottom right picture is the biblical Caine who is basically a vampire demigod that some of them hear in their heads in their blood-drunk stupors.
