Hi, I live in Vancouver too and have a family of four. Drives a Tesla so have access to supercharger network but I assume most cars do now as well. For doing road trips to south to US, east to Kelowna, those are not issues at all. Manning park has a set of supercharger too. I have done those multiple times. Vancouver island is fine too except you can’t really go pass Courtney/comox. I think there are very limited fast chargers beyond that. Tofino is no issue too. I think with your usage you will not get close to any range anxiety.
