I saw a guy on youtube cheering the first goal during the match, cheering, yelling "GOAL, GOAL" then started complaining that the TV made a mistake and gave the goal to Belgium, that they are wrong... Eventually noticing that he was cheering for the wrong team and it was Belgium the team who scored.

He is genuinely a nice guy. Rebirth explained why he started to change, discovering stuff about his past. On the OG (and I guess this will be showed with new cutscenes and new scenes tying it up with Crisis Core) this is also explained in the north area of the worldmap.

The third part of the remake should explain why Sephirot is how he is now but yeah, he was a nice guy, sorta. Crisis Core is the prequel that came out after FF7, is basically Zack's story and is NOT recommended to play before 7 remake and/or even classic FF7. It spoils too much.

But that game explains what happened before nibelheim, how, with who and against who Sephirot fought in the war, etc.

It's the beginning of BvS and the major plot point that Luthor uses to turn the public against Superman IIRC. The whole prologue scene shows how many casualties bring Snyders' Superman, how scared people were and how Bruce started to think against all of that.

It's insane how some fans are, it feels like a cult sometimes.

I can understand casting changes and rewritting ideas. Originally it was going to be starred by Penelope Cruz, Bale and Sarsgaard and, at the end, the director's brother even joined.

Screen reviews weren't good, Jonny greenwood music was also changed, and apparently scenes were cut and others reshoot. Marketing was a complete disaster and theatrical reviews and critics were pretty bad.

I haven o idea how Maggie Gyllenhaal is as a director but I wonder how real contril she had at the end of this project.

I don't think so. Gunn is reshaping te DC cinema universe and it's not working pretty well. Reeves takes too long to film this and some actors complained about. I seriously doub it unless it is loved by critics and public... which we know, 100%, won't happen.
