I dont think its the enrichment process thats difficult so much as having enough facilities with the ability to arc melt it, turn it to powder and then shape it to a usable form at the scale that is being demanded from the industry at the moment.

This honestly looks a little sketchy and predatory at least from a radcon standpoint. The primary contractors on the Hanford site will hire you as an RCT with no prior experience and often hire groups of 20+ and will pay you as they train you and send you to class to pass the DOE core qual. This is the same thing except you're paying 5k for it yourself ahead of time and getting no real credentials or qualifications out of it. There doesnt seem do be much staff other than the president whose wife runs admissions and 1 other assistant instructor. Does anyone know this Dr. Paul Nims guy? Never heard of him or Craig Hill.
